Maximilian Bernschneider is a patent litigator at Peterreins Schley. He advises and represents clients on all aspects of patent law in the context of infringement proceedings before both national courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

He pursued his law studies in Munich, Oslo, and Dublin, specializing in intellectual property – particularly patent law. While studying, he worked as a student assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. During his legal clerkship, he was based at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and gained practical experience in patent litigation teams at law firms in both Munich and Los Angeles.

Maximilian completed a Master's degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (LL.M.) at Trinity College Dublin.
